Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 or 5 green peppers, halved and seeded
    1 onion
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Let cool in a bowl.
    Put sauce in skillet; bring to a medium boil.
    Arrange pepper halves on sauce, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
