Old Fashioned Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups milk
    1/2 cup raw rice
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 dash cinnamon (2 if desired)
    1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
    Scald milk with rice.
    Add sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Pour into casserole and bake at 325 for 1 hour 25 minutes or until almost set.
    Stir every 20 minutes.
    Ten to fifteen minutes before pudding is done, add 1/2 cup raisins and mix well.
