Carbonnara - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. angel hair pasta, cooked
3 eggs
1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
8 strips bacon
1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
Preparation

Prepare pasta and keep in strainer.
In large saucepan, fry bacon; drain on paper towels.
In small saucepan, slowly warm whipping cream, red pepper and 1 tablespoon bacon drippings.
Beat eggs and add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
In large bowl, toss pasta, egg mixture, softened butter and cream mixture.
Keep on very low heat.
Crumble bacon and toss in.
Add remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Serve immediately.
