Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen broccoli
    1 large onion
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stalk celery
    1 can/jar mushrooms
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Saute
    onions
    and
    celery in large skillet.
    Add mushrooms. Add
    soup and
    water.
    Add\tCheez
    Whiz.
    Stir
    until cheese melts.
    Take from
    burner and add rice (uncooked). Cook broccoli. Put in casserole
    dish and add cheese mixture.
    Mix well. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
