Shrimp Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. boiled shrimp
2 lb. crab meat
3 (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 Tbsp. flour
6 lemons, juiced
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
sherry to taste
Preparation

Melt butter; make sauce by adding whipping cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add mushroom soup and sherry. Mix well. Add shrimp and crab meat. Serve in timbles. Serves 75.
