Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    8 oz. noodles (egg or egg free), cook as directed on pkg.
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 8 oz. canned mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. light sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion and meat; drain.
    Add flour, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, mushrooms and water.
    Stir and brown.
    Add soup.
    Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat through.
    Serve noodles cooked as directed with stroganoff over them.
