Apple Pie(No Apples) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
22 Ritz crackers
unbaked 8-inch pie shell
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
butter
Preparation

Combine water, sugar and cream of tartar.
Bring to a boil. Add Ritz crackers.
Do not stir.
Cook 2 minutes.
Pour into unbaked 8-inch pie shell.
Sprinkle cinnamon and dot with butter. Put on slotted pie top crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
