Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger (ground)
    1/2 lb. Italian medium-hot sausage
    2 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 onion, chopped
    1 medium can tomato paste
    1 large can tomatoes, crushed
    mushrooms (optional)
    1 can water
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Brown meat with garlic and onion.
    Add other ingredients; cook until done, on low heat for approximately 2 hours.
