Mary Kilgore'S Ginger Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. molasses
1 heaping Tbsp. ginger
1 c. buttermilk
flour
1 c. melted lard
more flour and salt
Preparation

Mix in order written here.
Use enough flour so it will make dough that you can roll out.
Pinch off piece of dough and roll out in 6-inch ovals and bake.
