Beef Louise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, in bite sized pieces
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    2 c. cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    2/3 c. Burgundy or rose wine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in covered casserole.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Do not peek.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
