Quick And Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. roast beef
2 to 3 chopped onions
2 to 3 c. mushroom soup
3 to 4 c. cooked carrots
3 to 4 c. cooked potatoes
soy sauce
Preparation

Place roast in deep dish roasting pan.
Sprinkle soy sauce on roast.
Fill roasting pan with 2 to 3-inches of water, adding onions to water and bake at 200\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 all night long.
Don't worry about it!
In a.m., add carrots, potatoes, mushroom soup and soy sauce to taste.
Place back in oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
This will make a deliciously brown gravy on its own.
Serve with biscuits or rolls.
May also be served over fluffy rice.
Toss a quick green salad and they'll think you've been slaving over a stove all day.
