Blackened Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium boneless chicken breast halves
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 tsp. garlic powder
    2/3 tsp. onion powder
    1/3 tsp. cayenne
    2/3 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 tsp. dried thyme
    dash of ground cumin
Preparation
    Melt the butter.
    Dip chicken in butter and dredge into mixture of all the spices.
    Heat a heavy skillet to high heat. Drizzle a teaspoon of the butter onto the seasoned chicken and saute several at a time, butter side down, until blackened.
    Turn and repeat.
    Arrange the sliced chicken on a bed of mixed greens and serve with Honey-Mustard Dressing.
