Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    3 eggs
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add broccoli, onion, corn muffin mix, salt, cottage cheese and melted oleo.
    Pour into hot skillet and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
