Goldenrod Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter or bacon drippings
    3 to 4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix butter and flour.
    Add milk and cook to make a white sauce or gravy.
    Add chopped whites of eggs to white sauce.
    Serve over toast and sprinkle with egg yolks which have been put through a sieve or chopped real fine.
