Oatmeal Pudding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 c. soft margarine
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. instant pudding (vanilla, butterscotch, etc.)
4 eggs
7 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix flour with soda.
Combine butter, sugar and pudding and beat until smooth.
Beat in eggs; gradually add to flour mixture, then stir in oats and raisins.
Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
