Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. water
6 chicken breasts (or 1 cut up chicken)
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan chicken
dash of paprika
Preparation

Sprinkle uncooked rice on greased baking dish.
Mix soups and water.
Pour 3/4 of soup mixture over rice.
Stir.
Top rice with chicken.
Cut margarine into chunks and place over chicken.
Pour rest of soup mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Before serving, brown, uncovered, under broiler, if needed.
