Saint Paul'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 (2 envelopes) box Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    4 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage, pepper, onion and celery and drain real well to remove excess fat.
    Boil soup mix, rice and water for 7 minutes. Mix with sausage mix and put in a tightly covered casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
