Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean beef, diced
3 medium potatoes
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper, ground
2 bay leaves
16 oz. diced tomatoes (canned, optional)
water
Preparation

Peel and wash vegetables.
Cut meat into small size pieces. Dice all vegetables and place in slow cooker with meat and seasonings.
