Orange Buttermilk Molded Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) orange Jell-O
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In large pan bring pineapple and syrup to a boil.
    Remove from the heat.
    Stir in gelatin.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Stir in the buttermilk.
    Fold in Cool Whip and pecans.
    Pour into mold and chill 4 hours or overnight.
