Pecan Baklava(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 medium apple, peeled, cored and diced
    6 phyllo pastries
    6 tsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
    Simmer first 4 ingredients in covered saucepan until apple is tender.
    Remove fruit.
    Keep simmering juices until it is reduced to a thin syrup (approximately 5 minutes).
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with vegetable spray.
    Place one phyllo sheet in bottom of pan; brush with melted butter.
    Repeat with two more sheets.
    Spoon on fruit.
    Sprinkle with pecans.
    Repeat phyllo layers, brushing with butter between each layer.
    Score top with diamond shapes.
    Do not cut through.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
    Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
    Pour reserved syrup over baklava, cut and serve.
