1/2 bunch green onions
1/2 lb. pepperoni
salad oil
2 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 large eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Line a 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with foil; grease foil.
Chop green onions and pepperoni.
In a small skillet over medium-high heat in 1 tablespoon hot salad oil, cook green onions until tender but not browned.
