Shrimp Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. shrimp
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced or 2 (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. light cream
    4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. sherry
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
    Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
    Arrange mushrooms in the bottom of a 4-quart casserole. Add shrimp.
