Venison And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison
    1/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. beef bouillon or stock
    3 carrots
    2 small onions
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine flour, pepper and salt.
    Set aside 2 tablespoons flour mix.
    Coat venison with flour mix; brown in hot oil.
    Add bouillon; simmer for 1 hour.
    Add diced carrots and onions.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
    Mix the sour cream, paprika and flour; add to pan.
    Heat for 15 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
