Lemon Supreme Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn starch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 egg yolks
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Blend and sift together the dry ingredients.
    Mix eggs, water and lemon juice on low mixer speed.
    Blend in the dry ingredients and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and begins to bubble; cook one minute longer.
    Stir in butter and lemon rind. Set aside until meringue is prepared.
