Breakfast Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (bulk)
    6 to 8 eggs, well beaten
    3 medium potatoes
    8 to 10 small flour tortillas
    grated cheese
    salt and pepper
    picante sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Place in covered microwavable bowl.
    Cook on High in microwave until tender, not mushy, stirring after 4 minutes.
