Moist Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift dry ingredients.
Cream butter. Beat in sugar gradually. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in banana.
Blend in flour mixture. Fold in nuts.
Spoon into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes.
