Chocolate Cookie Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. plain flour
1 c. water
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. shortening
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift sugar, salt and flour together in a bowl.
Mix water, margarine, shortening and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour this mixture over the dry mixture in bowl.
Mix well.
Add eggs, baking soda, buttermilk and vanilla to mixture.
Pour batter into greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
