Chicken And Dumplings - In A Hurry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1 onion
1 or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 celery stalks
6 sprigs fresh parsley
1 pkg. flour tortillas
salt and pepper (1 Tbsp. each or to taste)
Preparation

Boil chicken about 1 hour in water to cover with bouillon, onion, celery and parsley.
Remove chicken and drain broth into another pot to remove onion, celery and parsley.
Debone and chop up chicken.
Add chicken to broth and bring to a boil.
Cut tortillas in squares; add to boiling broth and cook for 5 minutes or until done.
Add salt and pepper to taste (especially black pepper).
