One Pan Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cold water
