Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    2 onions
    carrots, grated
    2 green peppers
    1 can green peas
    celery
Preparation
    Cut up lettuce in baking dish (flat) with remaining ingredients.
    Spread 1 cup mayonnaise over top.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.
    Before serving, top with boiled eggs (sliced) and bacon bits.
