Quick Chili Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can stewed tomatoes, drained
4 oz. can chilies - do not drain
1 lb. American processed cheese (Old English, Monterey Jack, or Sharp Cheddar)
Hot pepper sauce to taste
Taco Chips for dipping
Preparation

In heavy saucepan, place tomatoes, chilies, cheese and hot pepper sauce over medium heat. Heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
