Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium green peppers
    2 Tbsp. onion
    2 Tbsp. celery
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 bouillon cube
    1/3 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cooked tomatoes or thick tomato juice
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Core peppers and place in a baking dish.
    Mix the remaining ingredients and fill the peppers.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
