Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 doz. corn tortillas
    oil (for frying)
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 c. refried beans
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    black olives, slithered
    3 to 4 cans enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Fry the corn tortillas individually in a small amount of oil. Cover the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with a layer of the fried tortillas.
    Spread some of the beans, meat, cheese and onion on top.
    Pour enchilada sauce over it.
    Repeat in layers, ending with sauce and olives on the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream.
