White Sauce For Creamed Chipped Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. dried beef, torn into pieces
Preparation
    Melt butter on low.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat until smooth and bubbly.
    Stir in milk.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute.
    Add 1 package of torn up dried beef.
    Stir well.
    Serve over mashed potatoes or toast.
