Corny Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can corned beef hash
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Bake pie shell at 450\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0. Remove pie shell.
    Crumble hash into shell.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    Combine eggs, flour, milk, salt and nutmeg; pour this mixture over hash and cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set.
    Cool 15 minutes and serve.
