Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 to 20 lb. turkey
    3 loaves inexpensive bread
    1 lb. margarine
    4 c. diced celery
    2 1/2 to 3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. parsley
    4 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. pepper
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Lay bread out in single layer on table overnight; turn once. In large skillet over medium heat in melted margarine, cook celery and onions until tender (about 15 minutes).
    Add parsley, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper to skillet.
    Mix well.
    Tear bread up and put in large container.
    Beat eggs and pour over bread.
    Pour skillet mixture over bread.
    Mix well.
    Add enough milk to make sloppy.
