Hash Brown Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen hash browns
    1/3 c. margarine or butter
    4 eggs
    1/2 to 1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. shredded hot pepper cheese
    1 lb. sausage (browned and drained)
Preparation
    The night before, mix hash browns and margarine.
    Pat into crust of 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients reserving half and half until last.
    Add enough half and half to desired consistency.
    Pour into baked crust, refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    (Kinds of cheese may be varied.)
