Funny-Face Fruit Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) container pineapple cottage cheese
1/4 c. whipped cream cheese
1/2 c. mixed fruit pieces
1/4 c. walnut pieces (optional)
4 small pita pockets (white or whole wheat)
pre-shredded carrots
grapes
banana slices
apple slices
Preparation

Combine cottage cheese and cream cheese in a blender or food processor.
Whirl until smooth.
Stir in fruit and nuts, if using. Open pitas and spread one-quarter of filling in each.
Decorate with grapes, bananas and apples.
