Garden Chicken Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. penne pasta
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken, cut in strips
    1 c. green pepper, sliced
    1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 can diced tomatoes with mushrooms and garlic
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions. Cook chicken, pepper and onions in oil over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add undrained tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Add hot pasta to skillet. Toss and sprinkle with cheese and heat until cheese is melted. Serves 4.
