Apple Spice Custard Cake - cooking recipe

1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix
2 medium cooking apples, pared, cored and finely chopped
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened milk (not evaporated milk)
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream (at room temperature)
1/4 c. lemon juice
ground cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare cake mix as package directs; stir in apples.
Pour into well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean.
