Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Clean
    bell
    pepper.
    Heat
    1 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt
    to
    a
    boil; add peppers and cool for 5 minutes;
    then
    drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients; stuff peppers with mixture.
    Stand upright in ungreased baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
    Uncover, bake for 15 minutes.
