Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices butter bread
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    8 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown sausage and crumble.
    Drain and set aside.
    Cut bread into cubes and place in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over bread.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage and cheese.
    Chill for 8 hours. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes; do not overcook.
    Try adding mushrooms, onion, green pepper, etc.
