Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    2 to 3 medium zucchini
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cooked Minute rice
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion until tender.
    Mix together soup, milk, rice and cheese.
    Drain zucchini and onion; mix with other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    May be topped with crushed crackers and butter, if desired.
