Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese (reserve 1 c. for topping)
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pkg. chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
    14 to 16 corn tortillas
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
    chili powder
    jalapenos
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Blend margarine, flour and chicken broth over medium heat.
    Add sour cream and blend until thoroughly warm.
    Do not boil.
