Hoagie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lettuce leaves
    1 small tomato, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 or 3 slices hard salami
    2 slices Provolone cheese
    1 or 2 slices ham
    6 to 8 ripe olives, sliced
    olive oil
    garlic salt
    pepper
    dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Preparation
    On a plate, tear up the lettuce into small pieces.
    Top with tomato, onion and sliced olives.
    Cut up the salami, Provolone cheese and ham into bite size pieces and add.
    Drizzle with olive oil and some of the juice from ripe olives.
    Season to taste with garlic salt, pepper and dried oregano or Italian seasoning. Yields 1 serving.
