Mexican Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can black olives, chopped and drained
    1 small can mild peppers
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 pkg. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix and make into 1 big ball or 2 small ones.
    (Leave cheese until last.)
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Roll ball in cheese.
    Serve with crackers.
