Margaret'S Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Ballard's cornbread mix
    3 eggs, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 chicken gizzards, chopped
    chicken broth
    celery (optional)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix and bake cornbread as directed on box.
    Crumble cornbread; add onion, eggs, gizzards and celery as desired.
    Gradually add broth until mixture is moist to your desired texture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until onion is tender.
