Pasta House Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1/3 head romaine lettuce
    1 c. chopped artichoke hearts
    1 c. diced pimento, drained
    2/3 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. sliced red onion
Preparation
    Tear lettuce into pieces.
    Toss with artichoke hearts, red onion and pimento.
    Whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
    Pour over lettuce and toss.
    Goes well with pasta.
