Frosted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Whip egg white and water. Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add to egg white mixture.
    Pour over pecans and spread on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
