1 large head cabbage
1 pkg. Polish sausage
salt
pepper
red pepper
Preparation

Cut cabbage and boil.
Cut sausage in large pieces.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle a little red pepper to taste.
Cook about 1 hour on medium heat.
Turn down to low heat.
Cook 1 hour and let simmer on low heat.
